Cancellation
If you made an error or simply changed your mind, you may cancel your order within 1 hour of completing payment.
Please email us at info@wellevra.com letting us know why you decided to cancel your order with the subject line "Cancel my order" as well as provide us with your order number.
Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it. You will need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return by contacting our customer service team at info@wellevra.com.
Returns
If in the less than 1% chance you decide to return your purchase, we do offer hassle-free returns when your order is unused (for hygiene reasons) and remains in its original packaging within 60 days of the purchase date. You may contact our support email at info@wellevra.com, and we will provide you with the return address. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Please reach out to us via email and a member of our customer care team will assist you throughout this process. Your customer care representative will inform you ahead of time of your refund total and answer any questions you may have.
Returned orders that do not pass our inspection process may be eligible for a partial refund. We are not responsible for the shipping cost to return any order that is considered ineligible for a refund or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order if you notice any items that are damaged, or defective, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.
We do not offer refunds for our lifetime protection plan, warranty, gift cards, charging cables, clothing items, hats, or gifts.
We do not offer refunds for any shipping or handling charges.
Refunds
All refunds are automatically issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. A member of our customer care team will notify you once your refund has been processed. Please be aware that it may take 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
A 15% restocking and recertification fee will be applied to opened packages during the return process. A member of our customer care team will inform you of this via email.
